Our Story
Pinnacle started in 2011 when our founders realized something was broken in the HR world. Too much theory, not enough common sense. Too many cookie-cutter solutions, too few real answers. We've worked with everything from bootstrapped startups to established manufacturing firms. Built recruitment systems from scratch. Untangled messy employment contracts. Helped companies navigate some genuinely rough patches with their teams. Along the way, we've learned that the best HR isn't fancy. It's thoughtful. It's consistent.
