Senior HR Consultant
You've handled 8+ years of real HR work. Payroll, compliance, organizational design — you know the landscape. Work with our largest clients on complex restructurings and policy frameworks. Lead smaller consulting projects independently. We need someone who doesn't need hand-holding.

Czech labor law changes weekly. Someone needs to track it and help our clients stay compliant. You'll build guides, audit processes, and flag risks before they become problems. Meticulous work. High impact. No exceptions on accuracy.

You source talent for our clients. Not just posting jobs — actually understanding what they need and finding people who fit. You'll manage full-cycle recruitment for 12-15 active searches. Build relationships. Close placements. Earn commission on every successful hire.

Schedule meetings. Manage documents. Track client deliverables. Support our consultants with the admin work they hate doing. You're the backbone keeping everything organized. Can be 25 hours weekly around other commitments.
